How do I apply for a stand? ▾
You can apply by filling out the "Stand Application" form on our website. Your application will be forwarded to our team and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What is the minimum stand size? ▾
The minimum stand size is 9 m² (3×3). You can contact our team for corner stands and special areas.
Can foreign companies also apply? ▾
Yes, we accept international companies from 97 countries.
When is the stand setup date? ▾
Stand setup is possible between 08:00 and 20:00 on June 07-08, 2027.
How can I request extra materials for the packaging stand? ▾
Companies requesting additional materials must submit their requests online using their username and password no later than May 09, 2027. A 50% surcharge will be applied to orders placed at the exhibition area.
How can I request electricity, compressed air, and water for the exhibition area? ▾
Exhibitors can submit their requests for electricity, compressed air, and water online using the username and password provided to them no later than May 09, 2027. A 50% surcharge will apply to orders placed at the exhibition area.
Can the stands be dismantled before the official closing time of the exhibition? ▾
You cannot dismantle all or parts of your booths before the official closing time of the exhibition.
